Stillness · Return to Stillness

The sounds of the journey's first stage in a new arrangement: first a stream texture, then harmonics from the same series as 528 Hz (132, 264, 396 and 528 Hz), and in the last part a soft pulse once a second. In the final minutes the sound is gradually turned down. The meanings given to 528 Hz belong to the tradition; this session is a piece of sound design with no claim of any effect.

The same recipe with another seed: the raindrops, the order of the birds or the path of the chords change; the rules and evidence level stay the same.

What do we know, what don't we know?

S · Soundscape, no claim

No health or mental-effect claim at all; it is simply a soundscape.

This session isn't linked to any claim of effect.

A session's level is the weakest of its linked claims; it is never raised by a strong but unrelated claim.
