An exercise in keeping a theme in mind as you fall asleep: ocean. The sound is slow, calm waves on a distant shore, with a very light night pad beneath. Imagine the theme without forcing it; in the morning you can note whether it appeared in your dream. Inspired by research that used sound cues at sleep onset; the same effect should not be expected. A piece of sound design with no claim of any effect.
